Over this period, the help and support of Neil, Helen and all the team has been exceptional.
Whether getting the pool water tested or having work done on the plant, everything is done with a friendly family feel, nothing is too much trouble.

Kingsgate Hotel
I have been working at the Kingsgate Hotel Whangarei for the past 6 years in the maintenance department. Part of my job is Pool and Spa operations, which I did not know much about on acceptance of the position.
Neil and Helen have a very competent and friendly team working for them. Their service & report team is highly efficient. They work with all possible haste & care so our pool & spa are operational for our guests. Over the years I have built up a very good rapport with the team at Northland Spa & Pool. Their shop crew is very friendly & pleasant and put up with me coming in once a week for my free water testing...
I have no hesitation on recommending Northland Spa & Pool as a chemical supplier, parts or service needs or if you just want those nasty questions answered whether you be a commercial or non-commercial user.

"We have been enjoying our new pool and entertainment area for a few weeks now. The initial decision to progress with such a big project was made easier by the knowledge that Northland Spa & Pool had worked in combination with Gardenworks (a landscape company) on several other projects previously.
We were particularly pleased with the way the pool and landscape company coordinated the work so that the project progressed smoothly from one stage to the next. We did not need to chase either company in this regard, as labourers would normally arrive to start the next stage within a day or two of the last stage being finished.
There were a few minor issues and concerns we had following completion of the main work. However, these have been addressed concientiously and promptly within recent weeks.
